Where do you sell the most?

I have 2 web sites and in 10 years they have generated only 1 sale. I only sell items at 99p on the other side. most of my sales are here. I used to have an amazon shop for my books and it did well but then there was the rise of the 1p book sellers and i couldnt compete. I ended up binning over 1000 books last christmas when we moved house. I have recently opened a store on a site that focuses on handmade items but it is too early to tell yet whether it will be worthwhile.
In pre-internet days I had both a market stall and a B&M shop. the market stall was great but the rates on the b&m shop were just too high and i only lasted 6 months

I listed a few low priced items on the bay several years ago. Back when I was enjoying the auctions on postcards for my family history research. That kind of thing seems to be a thing of past.

But, I haven't listed anywhere other than eBid and the local facebook buy and sell for the past few years. In May it will be four years since I started actively listing on eBid.

On New Zealand site TradeMe.
But that's because I live there and list most items there due to shipping etc.

We sell anywhere & everywhere.....but most sales are generated via facebook.

We belong to all of the "niche" horsey groups (and there are several hundred)

Our best marketing tactic is to advertise an expensive item, on the local groups, at just over cost price....collection only.
This brings customers to our door....and without fail, they always buy more than they came in for!

Excellent sales on eBay - EVERY day (not with this ID in case someone is firkling) Good on Amazon: high fees but higher prices than anywhere else.
