In the loft we have 'found' hundreds of singles & about 50 albums. Thinking about listing, but could do with some advice on how to send them safely, thanks, Phil

For 7" singles I simply put them in a size 2 jiffy bag. Never had an issue (sold around 200 in 5 years on here), but I always write "please do not bend" at the top of the envelope.
For bigger ones (10" & 12") I always pack them between 2 sheets of card which I cut from a box that are free from a supermarket, and then place into the appropriate size packing bag, again I always write "please do not bend" on the outer packet, only sold 20 ish 12" on the net, and again never had an issue

To be honest the 2 pieces of card method is a far more effective way of sending LP Records than the purpose made thin card envelope style regularly used. When you look at the card you'll notice that it is corrugated, if you place each together with the corrugation opposing you will see that the 2 pieces are quite stronger than the other way around.
I always send my LP Records in pizza style boxes with 1 layer of bubble wrap with the record along with the inner removed from the outer sleeve so as to prevent the Record from punching through the outer sleeve.
