Is there a way to offer free S&H on orders above an amount?

I know you can edit invoices before sending to offer free or reduced S&H (at the bottom of the invoice there is a currency symbol and a percentage symbol, just pick one and discount). Otherwise you might try bulk editing all your listings over $10 and changing the S&H to zero, make sure to save listings before editing on desktop or a thumb drive just to be on the safe side.
