I would lose the 'run until solds' and the 'on 1st bids' as these keep your items at the bottom of the lists.
Also why not diversify a bit and add things that will also appeal to a wider market? I'm not gay and I've never owned a dog so I'm afraid there is not a lot that would tempt me to hit the bid button.
Of course there is a place for niche market items, the more the merrier and eBid would be boring without them, but I think it is always good to offer a wide choice of things to tempt the buyers in.

I have sold one item in the month of october.
Quite a lot.
32 items sold for October 2012. This has been our best month on here in a long time. Mainly sales to a regular customer/collector. With some sales to new buyers.

Zero for a few months - but plodding away hoping
There is now a mini-mall all of its own with several different departments from you to browse through and choose the items you would like to purchase.
