1 lb meat (iguana especially black spin tailed)
    1 lime
    1 bunch cilantro
    salt
    pepper
1 Since you can never tell what the weight is until you have it you will have to wing it. I entered the above just to get it published.
    2 Declaw, skin and gut.
3 Salt and pepper to taste.
4 Grill or broil till cooked through. Time depends on the size. The 60 minutes below is just to be complete for the site.
5 Cover with lime juice and cilantro.
6 The meat will taste a little like, yes, chicken. However it has the texture of crab.
7 Makes a nice meat filling for tacos. Use all the other fillers you like in your tacos.

But I bet he's a natural at basking on hot rocks. Reptiles love basking on hot rocks. So BBQ is a perfect fit.

He owns an electric hot rock, sneaks onto the window sill when the sun is out and sits on my Christmas Cactus and takes the occasional bite out of an Aloe VEra or he has been seen with the flower of the cactus dangling from his mouth. He has also chewed the leaves of an orchid and as soon as he spots me he moves so fast you wouldn't believe it

I'm sure he's absolutely beautiful. I love reptiles... and as you know, I really don't mean barbecued!
