Above would be fine except, it is NOT the address you have registered your account with. Either personal or business. Please send us something that clarifies your personal/business address. The Seller upgrade was also used, using a completely different zip to both your provided documents and your address on file.

Hi, Welcome to eBid and the Forum, you need to contact Support with this question. Click Help button (top right), click Contact Us, Fill in the Form. You will be sent a Ticket Number direct to your email address. Support will then contact you after that. Alternatively you can email direct: support@ebid dot net.

You also need to remove your eBay links on your auctions as these are not allowed.

I've only been here a short time, but I've found eBid's response time to be excellent. With regards to document review, they verified my details and lifted my account restriction within an hour.

I just signed up today and was asked the same thing. I have uploaded my ID card, but do not pay utilities either. What can I do? I have mail from the California Department of Motor Vehicles with my name and address on it. Would this be okay to upload? I could also make a video of me physically walking into my house with address and all I love ebid and I dont want the utility bill thing to jeopardize my account. I just switched from greedbay because of their rules. So, What should I do?
