If I delete one of my stores, would all my auctions within the store be deleted too, or would they remain on my account just not being in a store?

They would remain as individual listings

Good question, I'm not 110% sure, but I think the listings would remain in the general pool, unless you deleted them as well, (someone please correct me if I'm wrong here).
