A buyer as bid on an item but needs it sent via Special delivery .
Is there any way to change the postage on the invoice once the sale as been made?

Is the buyer going to pay the extra cost, if so you can send a Paypal money request for the differance , i dont think you can change the invoice now its been sent.
Ive found in the past once someone knows the cost of Special Delivery they usually settle for the normal 1st.

On invoice you should be able to do a minus discount.

In other words, eBid's invoice system automatically deducts the amount you put in the discount box, but if you put a - in front of the amount it will add it and not subtract it.

You won't be able to change the postal method wording, but you can just add that to the notes.

Failing that, just send an invoice direct from Paypal ect and do it that way
