Sending invoice

Hiya! How do i send an invoice?

I went to AAL and clicked send invoice i then got a pop up in a grey box, i clicked ok.

How do i know the invoice has been sent??
The I is still in red and hasnt changed to green. Pls help!

Click on the auction and look at the drop down box it will say if invoice sent.
You can also tick the box when you send one to send you a copy of the invoice sent.

Not quite the same question, however somehow related to this topic.

Is there a way to setup my account so the invoice is sent automatically to the buyer right after I sell something? So I don't have to bother about send it to the buyer?

Anyone ?

Hi and welcome to eBid. As far as I know invoices can't be sent automatically, though you can combine items on a single invoice to make it easier for yourself and the buyer.

If you have Paypal enabled as a payment option, buyers can pay automatically using Paypal without waiting for an invoice; however, if you combine shipping, it's good to let buyers know they should wait for an invoice before paying, so you aren't charged multiple times for multiple Paypal payments.

Don't worry it's a spammer, it happens every now & then.
They won't last long their account will be closed, & posts removed fairly soon, it's not quite 6am here in the UK, where support are.
Meanwhile can you uncopy the offending post you've quoted please, as it's got lots of spam links in it, & I'm sure you don't want to help them.

ahhhh i was wondering...saw other post by that name in other areas that made absolutely no sense in context with what was being said. So how do I uncopy it?

I have to go off the mark here too! Do you only get one chance to send an invoice? Here's my problem ~ a buyer bought a Buy It Now and I sent an invoice (no problem). Then the same buyer won an auction, I didn't remember her ID from before and I just sent an invoice. Then she emailled and asked if I could wait she was going to bid on one or two more things, I agreed. She won one of the items and asked for the invoice combining the three items but now I can't add the other two wins to it. I am assuming it is because of the earlier ones I sent I see ways to discount invoices but there doesn't seem to be a way to add an extra charge, was thinking I could tack on the others there. Of course I want to keep the payment to transactions because of PayPal fees. I thing the only way to get this done is to send a PayPal invoice. What do you think?
