AAL - Mark multiple items as shipped + shipping info - how?

Just had to send 6 separate AAL emails for shipped items that were on a single invoice with discounted shipping - why?

I can't find a way to do it as a single entry in the AAL, does anyone know of one?

I'm thinking of the customer experience here - getting six emails to say a single package has been despatched can be confusing for newbies - not to mention getting flagged as potential spam - will the customer now think I've sent six packages, or will they read the registered delivery serial numbers and realise it's one package? Whatever happens, I feel this is something that needs simplified in the system, for both buyer and seller.

Of course, the facility might be there and I've just not found it ... after 8 years as an eBid seller, and a lot of non-imported feedback.

Ah ... but that's not in the AAL, nor on the landing page of "My eBid" is it?

I never think of going to the invoice to process the transaction further by the time I'm at the shipping stage - invoice is finished with at that point unless I've given them Nett 30 credit terms or similar, and then it's processed and managed from credit control, not from the invoice itself.

I guess that's what happens when you're used to doing full process flows "properly", still, I'll try to remember it for the future. Thanks for the pointer .... or the big red arrow .... thing
