Default Auction finished, need to cancel it, how can I do it

    http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...tem-in-auction
Item in auction has been damaged and is beyond repair, can't sell it now

In my previous post, see above link, I tried to remove a bid, didn't realise at the time the only to do this was to Blackball the buyer
Didn't want to do that, seemed a bit extreme

But he auction has now finished, blackballing has not affect now, but I still need to kill the auction
Can't mark the buyer as non-payer
So how do I sort this mess out??

    Regards
    Rod

Contact your buyer through the AAL (I think it's ask question in drop down) and explain with apologies.

What jeweleffects said. And be sure you take full responsibility for what happened. The buyer doesn't have to accept your apology... and ebid doesn't owe you one just because you did not know how to cancel the auction before it ended. Mistakes happen, move on.
