I have just replied to a question on one of my listings and then deleted the listing as, as far as i'm aware, this is the only way of removing the questions from the bottom of the listing.

I went back to look at the question again and it had vanished.

I don't remember this happening in the past but it may just be my memory !!

I hope the reply reached her and didn't vanish aswell.

I hope so. I thought it might go to the AAL, as I have asked questions, and the seller's answer shows there. If you want to experiment, I will ask a question, you can answer, then delete....I will let you know...... just a thought

did it - got this msg, and MY question does show on my questions awaiting reply.

The answer was in the AAL before deleting but has vanished now.

At least i know the message was sent.

I got an email from Ebid saying you had replied....when I clicked on the link to take me to the reply, it said the item was no longer listed or had closed.....checked on my AAL to see if there was an answer printed there.............no. So I'm guessing your potential buyer is out of luck..................

No, as I said, it doesn't. She deleted the auction right after sending her reply. I got an email saying she had replied, and to click on the link to read the response....., but the link was invalid. Her reply does NOT show up in the Q&A, tho my question to her does. Not sure if this is a glitch, or just how the system works. But, if I had asked an important question, her answer is lost to me.......

I thought it used to be that the question or answer was in the email. It isn't now. Would be much better if it were.
