Can't say I have, Red, but once I did file a claim for a broken piece of china...what a joke THAT was! The amount of paperwork I had to fill out, not to mention repeated trips back and forth to the PO...I finally gave up...think that's what they wanted me to do anyway, eh?

I suppose she could try to claim through your local PO, but even one trip from Oregon would be quite pricey.

Once upon a time, in a dark and murky place known as Feepay...

A buyer asked for a refund for an item that arrived broken - seller mailed jewelry in an envelope, not even padded. Seller was good enough to refund through Paypal and the evil ogres of Feepay were vanquished, at least for the next thirty seconds.

    THE END.

Happy holidays and best wishes for many sales to all,

It is quite amazing to me over the years to see the various ways sellers have sent items to me...most have been outstanding, but it's the other 10-20% that are unREAL!

Agree 110%, but in a way it's a good thing if the buyer lets the seller know and the seller uses the info. to improve on packaging.

Happy holidays and best wishes for many sales to all,
