google checkout didn't collect fees for shipping? Ebid glitch?
Had a customer call me...worried about an order. He stated it showed the fees for shipping when he bought it on ebid, but when he paid, it didn't show up. Sure enough, shipping was not on there. So I ended my listing and relisted the same items (I have multiples) and now I don't know if it was an ebid glitch or google checkout. All of my settings are correct. I've checked them over and over. Anyone else having this problem
