Is there any way in which I can set a link to my Ebid Store http://billsbooks-books.ebid.net to show the list sorted by lowest price first?
I think it might be more tempting to people visiting the store.

Not that I'm aware of. You can, of course, build your own links in whatever sort you want by using the appropriate URL, but that only affects those people who visit via your promotions, not visitors who find your stuff via other routes.

The URL to do what you want:

As Kim says, that will only work for people arriving at your store via the link. There is no option to alter the default stores display other than the view format (Gallery, List, Showroom).
