Store flyer

I asked a friend of mine to write some code for me to greate a 'flyer/business card generator'.
It's still in the beta stage at the moment so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Use the drop down menu to choose your country.
Enter your store url.
Choose your photo then click Generate
Your picture will open as a download which you can then print off as a flyer or a business card(alter size to suit)
