What makes you laugh?

I never found that funny in the first place, strange how things amuse different people, but then its a good job we don't all like the same things, I would rather watch drama's & operas on video's I have, maybe I am just a miserable sod

The whole point of the thread, of course. :-))) I do find it fascinating different takes on humour. I don't think I've ever seen a "joke" thread posted here that I found even slightly amusing. I do enjoy the real life anecdotes and funny pictures though, just not the classic "I say, I say" type jokes.

I like dramas and operas too - but they tend not to be funny. Well, except the Mikado. ;o)) Taste varies. It's fascinating.

I love all the comedy's, Dad's Army, Last of the Summer Wine, Morecamb & Wise, Are You being Served and the spin off from that Grace & Favour, I managed to get the DVD's of those they only made 2 x 6 part series of those, 12 in all, but I thought the combination of humour between Molly Sugden, John Inman, Wendy Richards and the others has me in stiches every time I see them.

And, yes, I also find QVC funny and the other one which I think is Price Drop or something similar: a very broad northern lass accompanying someone who makes cards.

Love the way QVC tell people all the stars are wearing them, could you really see a celeb buying a £7-95 plastic watch. PMSL.
