I closed all my run till sold auctions so that I could export them as advised by a forum member and relist them as 7 days. I changed my mind and decided I would relist them and do them spread out. So I went to the unsold link and clicked on the all repost button which automaticaly repost 75 auctions. I did this for all 3 pages. When I checked to see if they had reposted ok I saw 3 had changed on their own to featured auctions and charged me £1 for each. When I checked my invoice to confirm this I see it has happened 6 times altogether since the 18th June. This shouldn't happen without telling you. Can I get these fees back.

same thing happened to me, not just once but 3 times.
Support were great and discharged all the fees.

Happened to me a while back, but I got my refund no problem.

Just got a message from support. They have cancelled all 6 £1 fees. That was quick and painless
