wish we could do that, if we leave our windows open at the moment we get inundated with May bugs- horrid creatures!!!! they come off the fields, attracted by the lights, and that includes what little light the alarm clock gives off!!

we put the net curtain across but the maybugs get tangled in them, they can be up to 2inches long and uuuuuugggggghhhhhyyyuck!!! last summer one hit the window so hard it cracked the glass. so prefer to just pop the fan on all night instead of have them get into the house.

I haven't seen a maybug since I was a child. We used to go and find them and try and catch them. No idea why

    You called??

Maybugs - Yuk!! Funny I don't get them here and yet when I lived only a few miles away was inudated with them, one got tangled in my hair one night It was awful - I was screaming and a dancing, Bug was buzzing and a flapping, thought I would have to have it cut out - lucky I had a Knight in shining armour handy at the time. Couldn't wait to get in the shower ( me not the bug or Knight)

I bet it's beautiful where you live BD but is it healthy - all those nettles and bugs??

Maybugs like certain trees, that's why you don't see them every where.
