Problem with shipping page

I'm new to ebid's selling software program. Began to list an item and got as far as shipping page. I filled out everything. When I hit the save button, the next page pops up and says Problem. The details listed on the sides of the page are not corresponding to what I'm doing. Everything is filled in but it keeps telling me to fill-in info that does not appear. Can anyone explain this? Hmmm, kind of hard to guess unless I can "see" what it's doing. Can you provide any more info or do a screen shot so we can see what it's doing?
