    Default Payment not recieved- buyer asking where product is

    I have a buyer that is asking where the product is, but I have no sign of any payment. Too his defense I mistakenly sent a message that the product is on the way, thinking he already paid. I realized that payment was not sent and have actually sent 2 invoices. My Ebid shows no payment and I Have not recieved anything in the mail.

    I did respond by saying no payment recieved. No payment through mail and no message saying payment was sent through mail.

    What would you do?

    If the buyer comes back and says they have paid

    ask them for proof of payment and untill payment is made the item stays with you

    What happens if I get a negative from him? Can I dispute it?

    Before you do anything, check for it in Paypal. Sometimes a buyer skips link and emails payment to your PP account. Does not happen often, but give benefit of doubt. If not there, Plan B.

    I guess next I would make very sure buyer gets correct invoice and note saying opps, I sent you wrong message, your balance is xxx and here is another copy of the invoice. Then wait for payment.

    If it does not come, notify buyer three times, give negatives for non payment AND then notify ebid of nonpayment. Awful I know, I just had to do it, BUT buyer had just done it to another seller day before me! Too late for me but it helped seller #3 getting taken.

    If buyer never pays but gives you a negative, ebid will take it off fast! Don't worry about it.

    Good luck, probably just a little communication problem that the buyer will correct ASAP.

    yes if you contact support and let them know what has happened
