Thumbs up A Bank that cares

Just went onto Barclays Bank help pages to find a answer to a query. Did not find the answer but did find a Webchat to Customers Services. Got my detailed answer in seconds. Now thats what I call service

In my experience webchats to banks are automated - not a live person. If you ask a question that involves a keyword not in their databank you can get some funny answers.

I would not ask the bank certain questions on line , it might mean a trip into town , but I would rather do that and ask the questions on the premises....papa.

Dan, you have been going round in circles for ages! Any chance of up and down for a change?

You're in denial Dan so a change of scene might help.
