When I've eventually got my kitchen back, one VERY simple meal is
    Boil up some pasta
Drain and add 1 small tin of creamed mushrooms per person
Season with pepper, mustard to taste and gently heat in same pan
Also if available add any left over cooked veg you fancy
or ham if you are a meat eater
Top with grated cheese if fancied
Not much over 10 minutes start to finish

Taffy's Special Dinner (Bichon Frise with me in pic)

Chicken Breast baked gently with a little water covered loosely in foil until very tender

Brown rice and plenty of mixed vegetables

Chop chicken into Taffy sized nibbles and mix all well together

    His favourite treat!

The version of that I've always liked is the woman who got sick of her husband saying "anything" to "what would you like in your sandwiches?"

So one day she put a pair of his socks in.

Is that why he became your ex or because he was your ex?

Surely the simplest meal is cheese on toast,or better still topped with chopped tomatoes.
