The prediction was correct my previous thread was pulled.. I can appreciate that this might not be the best place to discuss my frustrations I'm having with some "other people" (even if they are treating badly as a result of their gross incompetence )

Oh well, I'll get on with my letter then I can focus on doing some decent worthwhile stuff on this site

Yep, Tnx - I have the addresses.

I have a 13 page letter of complaint going recorded delivery tomorrow.( on the advice of consumer direct)

Keeps me busy ! Just show how out of control this has got tnx to their inept customer services! Now dealing with a debt recovery agency

Could pay the money easy enough , but I won't...... on principal

Basically they should give me a proper explanation or credit my fees. ?

I've been reasonable, proactive and sustained in my requests for the explanation, but they haven't even the courtesy of answering my questions, just replying with a patronising line saying they "understand my concerns" then immediately demonstrate they don't by ignoring the request & sending some template reply..

What I really need is some independent 3rd party to arbitrate

Just found time to reduce some more of our listings here. Might need to sell these in case I end up in court
