Aren't postmen wonderful? (And postwomen, too!) We had a card through the door last Saturday telling us a recorded delivery letter had been returned to the sorting office because we were out. Okay, fair enough.
After trying in vain to arrange redelivery by phone (don't ask), I arranged it online, delivery today. I wait in all morning and what happens? The postie just puts the darn thing through the letterbox with the rest of the mail! Oy Vey!
The silly so-and-so also posted a letter which had postage to be paid, though, so I guess, with it being Christmas Eve, he just didn't give a flying reindeer!

Sounds like he wanted finished ASAP,don't blame him,ours was out early again and yes in his shorts again lol.

Yours is daft Pete, however bet you can't beat my postie, he delivered post to my address for a street further down the road, same house number different road and yesterday the van driver delivered 2 big bunches of flowers for someone in the street behind mine again same house number, however cause I wasn't in they left a card.
