    Angry Removed auctions.

I'm so hacked off at the minute.I checked my store only to find that all of my auctions had been removed.I checked my emails and there was one from ebid saying that they had been removed due to me offering to sell offsite or putting in a link for another website.I had done neither of these things and am now having to relist my auctions. To be on the safe side I have ommitted contact details and any details about scentsations handmade cosmetics and just left the returns policy.
aaah I feel better now i have let off some steam, samantha.

You could have got in touch with support and told them you were not doing any of these things, they would have checked and reinstated auctions if they found them to be OK, happened to me once

Yes, it probably was the contact info. Should have pointed it out to you, but probably didn't read to the end of the listing - like so many of us

The listings were removed probably because you had your contact details in the item description - which isn't allowed on eBid and is in breach of their listing rules / policies. I clicked on this one and it shows your contact details at the bottom, so it is most likely that that is the reason for the listing removal. http://uk.ebid.net/perl/auction.cgi?...427&mo=auction

Another one that triggers listing removal of duplicate listings - where the title of each item is the same.

If you want to put your contact details, I believe that you can have them on your about me page - I'm sure I've seen other members do that, along with their comprehensive t&c of online selling. In the item description they've had a summary of their t&c with a link to their about me page and / or other stores.

    I hope that helps.
