My winning bidder has been struck through

Hi, 1 bidder bought 3 buy it now last week and has just won 3 auctions.
She now has her name crossed through and has paid for none of them. I have emailed help asking for fvf back and if I can relist.
Should I be doing anything else, apart from swearing? Thank you.

how long has she been a member... it could be just ebid checking her details..... or has she recived some Negs already... if you are concerned that much drop a line to support@ebid.tv and ask them if there is a problem with the buyer.... they will say yea or nay

Thanks for reply. She has been a member since June. 88 feedback, 1 neut and 3 negs. I have sold to her before with no problem. So am a bit confused here.

Just nipped up shop. Came back and logged in she has just had another 6 negs added. So I think the mystery has been solved. I shall relist once I have my fvf's back, which I have asked for.
