Cannot activate Store

I've just returned to eBid after a lengthy hiatus and found everything regarding my account pretty much as it was. I've updated my debit card details and checked everything I can think of but I can't get my Store online. Any ideas, anyone?

Welcome back. Basics first... have you ticked the "online" box *and* saved the changes by pressing "update section 2"?

You have the old GOLD membership - which I don't think cuts it nowadays.

Go to your My eBid > My Subscriptions page and it should offer you the option to upgrade to Seller+ Lifetime for around a fiver.

Thanks for your help, guys. I guess I had to upgrade to Seller+ because it's reading as online now. I can't find my store under the category (Books, Comics & Magazines) but maybe it takes time to appear in the Stores lists. Thanks again.

Stores only appear in the list of stores if they are online and have items in them. The check for this is carried out twice a day at around 01.00 and 13.00 GMT.

So your store may now be there as you posted prior to 13.00 and it is now after 13.00.

Correction: You don't have any items in your store so it will not appear.
