Default Problem with Bulk Upload Postage Costs

    Hi,

I've been trying to upload a bunch of fixed price auctions but whilst they load they all appear with £0.00 postage. The method appears to being set correctly for Parcel Force 48hr at least.

The latest file I tried was PuddlePetCare20071011140925.txt.

Initially I got the formatting for the Domestic Shipping column wrong but think I've now got that correct.

Also just to clarify I'm putting this info in column 'R' whilst the UK Shipping Options tab refers to column 'Q'. Which is correct?

    Many thanks for any help.

    Steve.

Column R is correct for Domestic Shipping. Updating spreadsheet error.

Can you give us an errored auction ID and we can take a look.

    Thanks

Just uploaded the file again and deleted all except 3 auctions.
    Examples are 1192116966-13660-2 and 1192116965-13660-0
The above should have postage of £1.75 and £4.25 respectively. The third auction is a P&P inclusive one which seems to be fine.

    Regards

    Steve.

Sorry if I'm impatient but any further thoughts onthis problem? I just want to be able to upload a bunch of items and include the correct P&P costs.

We've spotted the error and are in the process of fixing the bug. Please may we ask you keep the error auctions running for the time being.

    Thanks

Thanks gazza great news. Finding the problem is usually most of resolving it. Can I edit the prices on those auctions so we don't loose out if someone buys them?

    Red face

Ooops. I'd spotted that and thought I'd changed it. Seems I made the mistake when naming files when saving as tab delimited from Excel.

Sorry to have wasted your time but thanks for finding it.
