Platinum - will you upgrade?

Im just wondering how many people will upgrade, and if so why..and again if not why?

The BF will upgrade as he has lifetime gold but I get my gold as I go so probably can't afford the difference in cost.

Is Platinum going to be available on a monthly / quarterly basis? It isn't mentioned.

With the free offer to upgrade on the back of a free lifetime gold, and with the extra features available, I'd be pretty stupid not to upgrade, even if I only want to sell occasionally or just have the option for a later date.

For other regular sellers I'd say that it looks well worth it anyway. Many of the new features are exactly what people have been demanding for a long time.

So, all-in-all, it gets a thumbs up from me.
