Thread: Item marked shipped

    Unhappy Item marked shipped

    I sold a small item on July 26 and immediately sent it to the buyer. I have marked it "shipped" at least five times with tracking information as the status option. It appears to be posted as shipped evidently until I log out because every time I log back in it has reverted to show as not being shipped. I then again mark it shipped. Decided to finally give up on it. I will have to email the tracking information to the seller.

    Have you tried clearing your cookies etc ?
    If you still have problems I would email support@ebid.net they will help get you sorted.
