Ship to locations "not available"

On the title page of a number of my listings it reads, "Ship to United States: Not Available". Also "No Reserve" and "Total: Not Available". All of that information is incorrect. I don't know how to fix it when the listing show the item will be shipped to the U.S. and there is a reserve. Without a total showing, it appears the item is not for sale or free.
