ebid store

today I have added ebid store but when I go to list in the new store in the section ebid store category the drop down box just gives the option only of do not show in my ebid store how do I list when I cant get past that

Someone will be along soon I am sure, but I remember there was a question lately like this and they asked if the store had been put online. I haven't got round to doing mine yet but in Astrals guide I saw something about sending it live once you had made it how you wanted the store to look - if that makes sense

Right, I have just checked Astral's guide - have you clicked on the button on section 2 to make it online?

its definitely on line well it was but have just checked and it appears to have been switched off ??????

it nows says in section 2 online but in the status box it says off line huh!!!!!

Do you have any items for sale in your store? If you don't then the store will automatically revert back to 'offline'

When you click shop online, make sure you save changes to section 2, button is found at the bottom of section 2. Hope that helps.

done all of the recommendations the shop now says online BUT still when I go to list in the store category in the drop down box the only option I still have is DO NOT SHOW IN MY EBID STORE

Had a quick look at your store you don't have any categories for your listings you need to fill in the parent category box and sub categories in section 3 then save. You will then be able to choose your ebid store and category on the listing form. Had a quick look at your auctions you should list for 7 - 10 days with 10 auto reposts so that they show up on google. Run till sold always stay at the bottom of the listings rarely get seen hope that helps don't get disheartened took me a few times to get it right.
