Happy Thanksgiving to everyone, too! But for me I can't wait for this day to just be over with. As most of you know I work at a huge truck-stop restaurant here in Oregon. I've been roasting off 480 POUNDS of the birds since Tuesday prepping for today...I must admit I don't want to see another turkey for at least a year!!
