How to Confuse a Buyer!!
If I was a buyer receiving this "Payment Reminder" email I would be so confused as to just exactly WHAT my total due for the order is...yikes! Reference:

So what does he/she owe??........$5.00??..........$11.00??.........$12 .00??..............Well, in actuality this buyer owes $11.00, but this "style" of payment reminder is mass confusion as far as I'm concerned. Would it not be a better layout to say something like:
