Two of them . . .
A beach artist who painted a fantasy scene that I have hanging in my hallway. Signed, but I can't read it . I wish I had asked for his name when I bought it.
David Hockney. Unfortunately, I can't afford his work.

Right of the top of my head … Renoir … Carl Larson! Art is fluid and subjective because it depends a lot on mood, how much you had to drink, which classical piece you’re listening to, etc., etc. There are so many talented artists that the answer to the question will change if you ask me in ten minutes.
To be REALLY truthful, my favorite are my grandsons!!!! Total freedom in the artwork, don't try too hard, not trying to impress anyone (usually)......and nice sense of design and color.

At 7 years old it has to be In pictures: Kieron Williamson paintings fetch £150000 The boy is a genuis.
To be honest I dont know names just fall in love with anything that touches the heart strings. Generaly do not like bold Picasso style prefer more soft Monet but thats a bit boring. I like paintings with life and soul. Even the Scream is good as it evokes emotion. I also love Beryl Cook.
Dudley Watkins and Paul Trevillion
