Default American Help needed (Pittsburgh Would deffo help)

I have on my travels Picked up a love letter. On the top of each page and envelope is written PLEASANT VALLEY SMILERS..... dated 1925 I can't find anything about them on the internet. Being in the UK does not help!

PS is says Austin Cochrane Manager and gives the address 402 Chester Avenue.

Was Austin famous? Or become famous?

PS it states playing Semi Pro ball Won 37 Lost 13 1924

The pleasant valley smilers were a semi pro sandlot baseball team In the early 1900s until they were renamed in 1948 North Pittsburgh. North Pittsburgh was part of the Federation League the team folded in 2000. The Federation League still exist today. I couldn't find any thing out about Cochrane, although I did find several articles about the team. Some of the players did go on to be major leaguers. There was also a football team with the same name.

The team is also mentioned in this book Honus Wagner: The Life of Baseball's "Flying Dutchman" By Arthur D. Hittner
