BT Vision...Got A Result :)

Just updating the BT problem I was having...where they were charging me for leaving them after their poor service.

Got a call from their accounts department and they have admitted that I was miss-sold the product that they have been charging me for since August last year.

The guy I spoke to said that it should be impossible for me to get BTvision in my area...and BT has waived all the charges for switching to another provider

glad to hear it Moony.... but what about all the other payments you have made since last august... I would have thought you should get that back as well

That's great! A similar thing happened to me, I couldn't get BT Vision either yet they sold me a combined package. In the end, I got 3 months Broadband free and although BT is extremely expensive I can't really complain about their service.

Hi there....what about them???...the phone discussion was about the early cancellation fees.

I'll wait until my other provider has got us sorted before getting back to BT.

I deal with things in my own way and on a time scale that is right for me.

I have never needed to demand anything....I guess we all do things differently.

Nigel asked on another thread if I had phoned the accounts department.

I didn't need to do that as they called me today.
