Hi there, Go into your account and under general settings make sure you have marked the boxes to receive emails from admin.
I hate to appear totally ignorant, for I am new and trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can. When you say general settings, do you mean go into the "my emails" section? I must be missing the correct box to check. Patience, please as you enlighten me. Thank you.

1 - My eBid
2 - My Emails
............................. then click which boxes you want.
Thank you. I appreciate your input. I have tried that (1) having them ALL checked, (2) checking the ones which pertain to the seller, (3) checked the ones I felt would apply only to me. Still no listings or newsletter is being sent to my e-mail address. Could I bother you for further suggestions? Thank you very much.
we had a sale yesterday morning and didnt get the notification email until about 5pm, the same with the Paypal email for this sale.
There was obviously a hitch with the internet yesterday
