Updated registration to seller plus

I have Updated my registration to seller plus, but my subscription still lists me as seller standard. Paid by Paypal, and payment has been taken out but I have no added features or acknowledgement. Is it a scam?

It is not a scam, can't remeber how long it took to update on the system. When did you upgrade? If you are ready to get going with the added features you could contact support and they will probably move it along for you.

Its dated 16/03/13 and says Completed.

What is likely to cause the problems is the French postal address and being registered on eBid UK - having second addresses in different countries is something that the eBid system is not good at coping with.

Also, myvintage ----- your listing says antique snuffbox in the title, but the description and photo show a plate......which is correct? You can make your titles much longer and get more people seeing your items if you put more description in the title.
