Sharing the "reins" for YDC

Would you be bothered if 2 people were sharing the "reins" "Running / organising" of YDC.

Simple poll, Yes, No, Don't mind.

Please vote as YDC is for all, so just to clarify

Yes means you are against 2 people sharing the task

No means you are for 2 people sharing the task

Don't mind means you are not bothered either way

I wouldn't mind but it would have to be 2 who could work together easily (timing, communication, same goals).

If there were 2 in place one could cover if the other got sick or went on vacation, etc. It would probably make an easier transition in that case.

Would the forum users vote on the 2 or would the 1 winner ask someone else to help.

IMO no they wouldn't vote on the two. Just because person a might like persons b & c to take the reins, persons b & c might not want to do the reins.
Hence why the poll that is there at the moment only has 3 peoples name on it as only 3 people wanted to take it on. Now as it is a tight fight for 1st & 2nd myself & vonz have agreed to possibly share things but only if people are OK with it.

One thing that needs to be kept in mind is that YDC76 starts in just 14 days and as babs is not going to be doing it things need to be decided. Now if that's as a temporary measure or permanent is a different matter.

Why not a month each? - give you both a break and to cover busy times, holidays, illnesses etc - I am sure you could work it out

I think 2 sharing would be a good idea as long as you work well together. You would be able to bounce ideas off each other and take over during holidays or sickness.

It could work like that, I can see it working other ways too that have been mentioned elsewhere on other threads

The main reason for this thread was to get peoples view on 2 sharing the "job"
