Feedback score has not been updated

i imported my feedback from feebay using repatoo on the 2nd jan but since then it has not been updated my feedback score from feebay is now 1930, i contacted repatoo and was told -

This is a problem with the link that eBid is putting on their site. Notice
that there is no user id on the link that they are creating (which is
required to locate you in the Repatoo system).

I am pretty sure that if you import feedback it is a one-off opportunity for newcomers and doesn't update. If you have a repatoo badge that changes if new feedback is gained elsewhere.

That's right as far as I know too. The import is a "kick-start", a one-off. It doesn't pretend to be updated in real time. I think there'd be even more feeling against it if it was!!

As previously said the import is a one-off. If you wish to show your current amalgamated feedback then you need to display a Repatoo badge or link.

The broken link Repatoo are referring to in their answer is the one on your feedback page as arrowed below. I am pretty sure that the missing id from the link has been pointed out to admin before.
