On eBids auctions they are showing this for buddy points, see highlighted

Referring a Buddy = 1 points
Buddy Seller Upgrade = 2 points
Buddy Seller+ Upgrade = 2 points
Making a Bid Meeting Reserve = 0.5% of reserve price (max 5 points)
Purchasing via Winning Bid = 1.0% of final bid (max 5 points)
Purchasing Using BuyNow = 1.0% of BuyNow price (max 5 points)
Receiving Positive Feedback = 0.5% of final bid OR BuyNow price (max 5 points)

Yet on the buddy point page it shows this

* Referring a Buddy 1.00 points
* Your Buddies Upgrading to Seller 2.00 points
* Your Buddies Upgrading to Seller+ 5.00 points
* You Making a Bid Meeting Reserve 0.50% of reserve price (max 5.00 points)
* You Winning by Bidding 1.00% of final bid (max 5.00 points)
* You Purchasing Using BuyNow 1.00% of BuyNow price (max 5.00 points)
* You Gaining Positive Feedback 0.50% of final bid OR BuyNow price (max 5.00 points)

So when someone uses your buddylink do you get 2points or 5points when they sign up as seller+ ?

You get 5 points for buddies upgrading to Seller+

Yep, the difference is whether it's you yourself, or your buddies upgrading.

... I could just delete that and pretend I never said it, or I could fess up and say I've taken another look and I now think it's gibberish.
