Any way to track number of watches on an item you are selling?
I can see the number of views...but isn't there any way to track how many people are watching your listings ?

No you can't.
On ebay you see the number of watchers, and if you go through about 5 clicks you can see the number of views.
Here in New Zealand on our Tradme auction site you get to see Views, Watchers and Bids all on one line all by default.

To be honest, I don't think there's enough users on here to make that facility useful anyway. But who knows, perhaps one day?...........
