It was my point and I think it's perfectly valid!
It isn't necessarily a mistake to not make contact before paying, it's what most of my buyers do. It would worry me a little if your advice became generally accepted. Many of my items are, no doubt, bought on impulse and as I'm not always around to answer 'are you actually there questions' immediately. Well, you can see the logic. I'm fairly attached to the sales I get, not keen on having them reduced.
I'd much rather non-performing sellers were shot at dawn, hung, drawn and quartered or otherwise removed.
