Weird. It was the login page I checked. Definitely grey text here.

I can see this too and quite agree with comments.
Didn't notice it when logging in but have been logged in for a couple of hrs now. Came to forums to see what was happening, came out of it via 'uk.ebid.net' at top of this page and ended up on the home page where you can see the Purple text. Unreadable!

Seems to be on nearly every page now. Perhaps the 'boys' are experimenting with different colours and waiting for our feedback on it!

We've enlarged and lightened the grey text at the bottom at the request of a few people.

Yep, mine was grey but has gone the colour that raindropsies has shown. Both are very difficult to read !

i think the grey text is fine very modern looking but maybe make it a lighter grey/silver might be slighty better plus lets not forget there are hundreds of us on here all with out computer screens set up different
