Thread: is there a glitch with repatoo

    Default ebid please sort my repatoo feedback out

    when i click on my feedback the repatoo site comes up with the message not a valid user

    i have checked a couple other ebid users and their feedback is the same you look at their feedback click on repatoo.com and it comes up with the message not a valid user .

    does anyone know what the problem is please help

    Hi Signsndecals, I'm not sure what the link on the imported feedback is meant to show as I haven't imported mine ?


    However the day eBid launched the new site my Repatoo link broke, that I have on my about me page, and wasn't showing my eBid feedback anymore.


    I emailed them at support@repatoo.com and they fixed it for me. Hope this helps.

    ebid team please help i have contacted repatoo regarding the problem with my imported feedback from repatoo and they have told me the following ;

    Hi Paul:

    This is a problem with the link that eBid is putting on their site. Notice
    that there is no user id on the link that they are creating (which is
    required to locate you in the Repatoo system).

    Please contact their support and let them know.

    That's O.K. just teasing ! If you don't get an answer from support this evening you can email them at support@ebid.tv they are very good at answering quickly here. Mind you they are probably up to their necks in tweaking bits !

    Not sure what you mean. My Repatoo badge within listing, My All About Me, etc. is working just fine. The link in My Feedback on the Repatoo entries to take you to the Repatoo site. :

    This feedback was officially imported into eBid by an administrator, the feedback rating was imported from Repatoo.com

    works fine also and takes me to my Repatoo profile page.

    OK. Just checked yours and the link is missing the user id. Something must have changed since my feedback was imported.

    Default gazza or ebid team please help

    i have attached a screen shoot if you click on my repatoo feedback you get a error message i contacted repatoo and they told me the following;

    please insert my user id into the link
