Hi,
My heading says it all really. Is it possible to set up a full time business selling on ebid? Has anybody managed to do that, or come anywhere near?

I wish it were possible, but I wouldn't attempt to bank on it just yet. Using this site and having your own website (with a link back to eBid) does help.

if you dont use the bay or the river then I don't think any one site will earn you a living what ever they may say.... if you sell specialised items it helps to find a site that specialises in your items if you can.... I can just about scrape by listing on 2 other sites as well as here
I don't think this site can yet support a business alone. It's a great addition to anybody's portfolio of outlets, but I don't think it gets anything like enough traffic to standalone if you depend on the income. I'd be surprised if any but hobby or part-time sellers are using it alone. Definitely add it to your list of places worth trying though.
eBid is fantastic as an extra income source, but to just rely on it is a no no imo for a full time business unless you have hundreds of thousands to list fast
