We did it because wanted to do something towards your great effort & thought it was one way we could help, am afraid neither of us can concentrate for long and receipes are not my strong point, its always a bit of this & a bit of that, & not up to trial & error at the moment, so hoped it was one way so we could give usefully towards everyones great efforts.so thanks to you smiffy & everyone elses efforts the profits will then go to the bc charity, which as you can guess is very near to my heart at present, so its also a big thank you smiffy to you & your helper.

Take some real kind folks...from all across the globe..
put them all in a kitchen..
add a sprinkle of humour..
add a pinch of empathy...
add a generous handful of community spirit..
add some time..add some ideas..
add a huge helping of energy and enthusiasim...
add a mixture of talents..not all at once...do this in stages..
mix them all together...gently now....
bind it all together with love...
and..you have the perfect breakfast..lunch and dinner...

I've not necessarily got a lull, but a bit more free time tomorrow, so I'll sort out a few more receipes for you. Are there any that you think we specifically need, or are short of?? Are there any you don't particularly need. I'd hate to duplicate something thats already been sent in.
