    My Grandma taught me to cook, a tad of this and a shake of that, maybe a pinch of this. I think her recipies were whatever she had available to cook with. And it was always delicious

    Go for it with the Texas Chili, Harold. I can't eat hot food very well anyway, plus it seems most of the best early Texans were born in Tennessee!

    Got sidetracked last night on my seafood recipe. Email came in from son, which needed attending to and still haven't typed it out.

    When do you want the recipes in by, smiffy?

    I am going to be extremely busy the next week or so and then I'm off on my hols - try to get round to it before then, but can't guarentee it.
